Dr. Hailey Gelalich
As a proud Reno native, Dr. Hailey Gelalich is honored to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care to the community that shaped her. After earning her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Reno—where she cheered on the Wolf Pack as a member of the UNR cheer team

Her passion for service and global outreach was evident early in her dental career, including leading her dental school’s mission trip to Jamaica, where she and her team treated over 1,000 patients in just five days. Today, she continues to serve others both in private practice and as a proud member of the Nevada Army National Guard.
Dr. Hailey is especially passionate about cosmetic and family dentistry. She has received advanced training in cosmetic smile makeovers and is certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to provide both aesthetic and therapeutic Botox treatments. She loves blending clinical expertise with artistry to help patients achieve the smiles of their dreams, while also creating a positive and relaxed dental experience for patients of all ages.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Hailey cherishes time with her husband and dental partner, Dr. Matt Gelalich, their daughter Lyla, and their goldendoodle, Willow. You can often find her soaking up the Reno sunshine with a good book, exploring local walking trails, or enjoying cozy family time and board games.
Dr. Hailey is deeply honored to continue the legacy of personalized care established at Polished Dental Studio and is excited to welcome patients—new and familiar—into the next chapter of their dental journey.
Dr. Matt Gelalich
Growing up in Southern California, Dr. Matt always knew he wanted to be a dentist. Drawn to both the science and the personal connections of the profession, he is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and building lasting relationships based on trust and compassion.

Dr. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. After graduation, he proudly served as a dentist in the United States Navy, where he received advanced training in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and endodontics. His time in the Navy not only strengthened his clinical expertise but also deepened his commitment to providing precise, reliable care under any circumstance.
Known for his calm, friendly demeanor, Dr. Matt takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and treatment goals. He strives to create a comfortable experience and exceptional results.
Outside of the office, Dr. Matt staying busy with his family and spending time outdoors. He can often be found golfing or on walks with his wife and daughter in his free time.
Dr. Matt is exited to follow his wife back to her hometown and to serve the Reno community through Polished Dental Studio, where he is committed to delivering advanced, patient-focused care in a welcoming environment.
