The entire office is exceptional. Kyle and Michelle, the dental assistants, and April, my hygienist, are all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I used to have horrible dental anxiety, but that completely changed after becoming a patient here. They make you feel so comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk in. Their comfort menu with blankets, noise-canceling headphones, warm neck wraps, and other thoughtful touches makes appointments feel so much more relaxing and luxurious. You can genuinely tell they go the extra mile for their patients and truly care about the experience they provide. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing dental team. From Trish at the front, April my hygienist, to Dr Matt and Dr Hailey I felt welcomed, comfortable, and respected. They are all so personable. I was offered comfort items like a weighted blanket, essential oils, and safety glasses. What a thoughtful detail! April was so knowledgable and explained things throughout my x-rays, screenings, and cleaning. Dr Hailey helped me assess and decide on further steps of a chip in my tooth while being transparent and without ever making me feel like I had to do anything I didn’t want to. Dr Matt was very careful and skillful. He constantly asked how I was doing and if I was comfortable, all while efficiently performing my dental work. I went in to get cavities filled and Dr. Hailey and Kyle made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Dr. Hailey was very gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly.
